3 Days Sahara Desert Tour from Marrakech to Fes

Day 1: Marrakech - Ait Benhaddou - Ouarzazate - Skoura
The pick up will be arranged from your accommodation (Riad or Hotel) in Marrakech, travelling through the famous chain of the Atlas Mountains and crossing the Tizi N Tichka pass. You will be fascinated by the wonderful views of the surrounding landscapes and Berber villages, arriving at the UNESCO world Heritage of the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah where you will enjoy a walking tour to get a hold of its background as well ah its history of being one of the most targeted places of shooting many glorious movies such as the Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia… etc. You will pass through Ouarzazate to reach Skoura; A dusty town with beautiful palmary and views over the snow peaks of the Atlas Mountains. The palmary is home of charming guesthouses and boutique hotels, an ideal place to break your journey before the dessert. Dinner & overnight in Skoura

Day 2: Skoura - Todra Gorges - Rissani - Merzouga
After breakfast at your guesthouse, the journey to Erg Chebbi desert in south eastern Morocco continues, you will pass through different and interesting cities and beautiful valleys such as Dades & Todra; Popular for its canyons; You will head to Merzouga desert via Erfoud and Rissani; Also know as the old Sijilmassa; Rissani is considered the cradle of the Alaouite dynasty which rules Morocco today. Its market considered the most important in the south, where many nomads come to shop. Heading further more to one of the main Moroccan desert destinations, Erg Chebbi dunes, where you will take a camel trek to reach the camp and experience the sunset on the way over the sand dunes, you will enjoy your dinner and spend the night in the tented camp.

Day 3: Erg Chebbi - Ziz Valley - Ifrane - Fes
Wake up early in the morning, to watch the sunrise over the sand dunes, after you enjoy your breakfast at the camp, you will ride the camels back to the Auberge at the edge of the dunes to freshen up and meet up with your driver. You will take a long leg journey to Fes stopping at Ziz valley, cedar forests and Ifrane city before you end up to Fes where the 3 days Sahara desert Tour from Marrakech to Fes.
